rebrand was to create a refined identity that felt true to the neighborhood’s sophistication while still speaking to today’s renters. Elegant typography, a restrained color palette, and clean design elements come together to create a look that feels timeless rather than trendy. The project culminated in a comprehensive Brand Style Guide defining standards for logo usage, color, typography, and brand applications, providing a clear framework for maintaining consistency across future marketing and environmental materials.
