Solace Timacuan is located in Lake Mary, FL, a region historically inhabited by the Timucua people.
Rather than rely entirely on cultural references, I created a more restrained identity, acknowledging the heritage while remaining appropriate for a contemporary residential community. Inspired by the symbolic body markings documented within Timucua culture, the icon brings together abstract representations of the sun, water,
and land. The typeface echoes the geometry of the mark, balancing subtle historical
influence with clean, modern forms.
